How do I place an order?
Browse our products, click Add to Cart, and proceed to checkout. Fill in your delivery details and complete payment.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. Email us at joysocustomercare@gmail.com as soon as possible.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?
Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad): 2–4 business days. Other cities: 4–7 business days.

Do you deliver across Pakistan?
Yes! We deliver to all cities and towns across Pakistan.

Will I get a tracking number?
Yes, a tracking number will be shared via email or SMS once your order is dispatched.

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and bank transfers.

I received a damaged item. What do I do?
