Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Time

• Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi): 2–4 business days
• Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 business days

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can track your delivery.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails, our courier will try again. After 2 failed attempts, the order may be returned. Please ensure your contact number is correct at checkout.
