Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The item is unused and in its original condition
- The item is in its original packaging
- You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
- Items without original packaging
- Personal hygiene products once opened
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
Refund Process
Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
